Scope
Lexicon-constrained English/Uzbek recognition, Latin/Cyrillic normalization, conservative inflection candidates, preferred-equivalent selection, abbreviation expansion, contextual ranking with abstention, and record-field selection for general, student and professional readers. This is a rules-based linguistic model, not a trained diagnostic model.
Passing 1,687 release checks does not prove every future input or every medical statement correct. The core and dialect schemas are the published TBX Core RNG and TBX-Basic DCA rules. Schema checks are not an ISO-issued certificate.

- A finite ruleset cannot cover every future inflection, spelling, abbreviation or clinical context.
- No clinician or professional-language approval of the full medical and Uzbek collection is claimed.
- Some candidate variants remain tagged undetermined until professional language review.
- MeSH links are terminology references; WHO ICD-10 and LOINC links are limited educational mappings and are not patient-coding decisions. No full ICD-11 or SNOMED CT map is claimed.
- Physical-device layout and audible English playback require user confirmation after deployment.
- Google crawling, indexing and ranking are controlled by Google and are outside this validation result.
